Sarah (Palin) placed 22 in Alaska; John (McCain) was ranked a respectable number 43 in Arizona; Joseph (Biden), however, was the best of the bunch, earning the 14th most popular male name in Delaware.
Barack, unfortunately, has not been in the top 1000 names for the last nine years, according to the SSA database,
How did the first family do?
First Lady Michelle was ranked number 64 in Illinois, Malia came in at 343 overall, up from 400 in 2007, while Sasha came in at 363, not as popular as the previous year, when the first name was ranked 351 overall.
