The Dodgers won a thrilling Game 6 of the 121st World Series in a spectacularly pitched, 3-1, game over the Blue Jays at the Rogers Centre and and in doing so–forced a seventh game on Saturday.

The Dodgers offensive eruption came in the third inning as Will Smith smacked an RBI double and Mookie Betts followed with a sharp two-run single that put the Dodgers up 3-0.

Down 3-1, Toronto threatened in the ninth inning, getting runners to second and third base with no outs after a double from Addison Barger. After Tyler Glasnow retired Ernie Clement on one pitch, Andrés Giménez flew into a game-ending double play as Kiké Hernandez caught the ball in left field and fired a bullet to second base before Addison Barger could get back.
