They call it “March Madness'' for a reason.
The CSU Vikings, the No. 13 seed spoke softly but nailed the big shots, upsetting No. 4 Wake Forest 84-69 in South Florida.
The best part for CSU moving on to the second round is they will be facing No. 12 Arizona.
My only question is what on earth was Cedric Jackson still doing on the floor with 47 seconds left and the Vikings holding a commanding 17 point lead over the Demon Deacons?
Jackson (19 pts, 3 steals, 8 assists) left the game limping, holding his left knee.
Gulp!!…Yikes!!
